che ha assunto l'attuale aspetto rinascimentale intorno alla metà del '500.Successive aggiunte hanno incluso il giardino all'italiana, la cappella, la piscina, gli annessi agricoli. E' situata in magnifica posizione nella Val di Bisenzio, a 4 Km da Prato, sulle pendici della catena pre-appenninica della Calvana, nel cuore della Toscana, a pochi minuti dalle autostrade, dal treno e dall'aeroporto di Firenze.

grape-vine farmland, the woods.The Villa Rucellai is a construction built in different ages. The present renaissance appearance goes back to the middle of the 16th century. Later additions include the italian style garden, the chapel, the swimming pool, the farm buildings.
Beautifully located in the heart of Tuscany, 4 Km north east of Prato, in the Bisenzio river valley, on the side of the pre-appennine Calvana hills, at short distance from highways, reailroad stations and airport.

Die FATTORIA DI CANNETO umfaßt die VILLA RUCELLAI und das sie umgebende Landgut bestehend
aus Wein und Olivenkulturen, Wald. Die Villa Rucellai, ein Grafensitz aus der
Vorrenaissance,
kannte verschiedene Bauepochen, erlangte jedoch ihr heutiges Aussehen in reinem Renaissancestil
um die Mitte des 16. Jahrhunderts.Dazu kamen später ein italienischer Garten, die Kappelle, das Schwimmbad und die Wirtschaftsgebäuden. In herrlicher Lage am Eingang des Bisenziotals in wunderschöner toskanischer Hügellandschaft am Fuß des Appenninausläufers der Calvana nur wenig entfernt von Prato.
Die Autobahnen, der Zug und der Flughafen Firenze-Peretola sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar.
